The Maryland Unified Licensees Beverage Association, Inc. (MULBA) is an association of minority-owned retail beverage operators. Originally, the parent organization was founded in 1960, restructured in 1979, again in 1999, and most recently in 2003. MULBA provides a forum and power base for cooperative action by minority retailers. Our membership accounts for over a billion dollars in product transactions each year. Products include beers, wines, liquors, soft drinks, and a full line of beverage-related items such as snacks, juices, tobacco and other sundries.

Through the support of our fellow members, partners and sponsors, we have provided scholarships for college bound students, conducted food drives for the needy, and donated thousands of man-hours in support of worthy causes.
