One of the goals of MULBA is to assist our members by providing continuing education and training for their employees. We have designed a Retail Training Establishment Program whose curriculum targets employees on all levels of the business operation.

Phase I of the program introduces and in some instances reintroduces employees to the fundamentals of retail business operation. Additional components of the training program support employees striving to learn all components of the industry, and are specifically interested in developing their career in hospitality-industry management.
