The Importance of Legislative Action

MULBA’s is mandated to monitor and protect the rights of licensees and related industry member businesses. Due to ongoing efforts to institute laws detrimental to our business operations, MULBA continues to be diligent in providing representation through participation. We attentively monitor the legislative and regulatory process, and stand in the forefront of responsible business representation in the City, Maryland State House and in the United States Congress.

It is apparent that local, state, and national government will continue to propose legislation that will impact the licensed beverage business. It is also apparent that now more than ever, our success depends on steadfast member support and the maintenance and strengthening of the cohesive bond between MULBA and the entire industry. As long as we stand united our business interests are protected.
