MEMBERSHIP

The Maryland Unified Licensees Beverage Association, Inc. provides leadership on alcohol beverage licensee-related issues; improves and shapes policy initiatives from local, regional, and national governments; and provides synergy in training, education, communication and scholarship, as it relates to the betterment of our members. We actively engage issues challenging the alcohol beverage establishment operator. There is no better time than now for minority alcohol beverage licensees to work together to protect our rights and prosper during this time of change and assault on our industry, and thus our livelihoods.

Your support enables us to represent the beverage, food, lodging, hospitality and entertainment industries. As a member, you will join over 300 minority beverage alcohol licensees and those who recognize the value of belonging to the premiere professional African-American alcohol beverage licensees’ organization in the Mid-Atlantic region. Small or large, through our strength and membership in collaborative coalitions, MULBA makes a difference. And, we can help bring you customers and grow your business. As a licensee, partner, allied or associate member, we all can make a difference.

ELIGIBILITY

Licensee

Any minority owned alcohol beverage firm or licensee (whether a proprietorship, partnership, corporation, or other form of business organization) that is licensed to sell retail alcohol beverages on a regular basis. Annual licensee membership dues are $50.00.

Partner

Any alcohol industry related manufacturer, wholesaler or distributor. Annual Partner membership dues are $250.00.

Allied

Any person, firm or corporation of good standing, servicing the hospitality industry but not operating as a alcohol beverage licensee or establishment, may be admitted as an Allied Industry Member. Annual Allied membership dues are $100.00.

Associate

Any person, firm, corporation or small business of good standing whose business is not affiliated with an alcohol-related industry nor qualifies as an allied or partner member but desires a relationship with MULBA and its members. Annual Associate membership dues are $60.00.
