Member Spotlight
	James "Big Jim" Staton Arch Social Club Member of Arch Social Club since 1987. Big Jim is currently serving his 2^nd term as president of Arch Social Club, considered to be the oldest social club in the world. Born and raised in Pinetops, North Carolina, he is a graduate of A&T State University. He moved to Baltimore in 1957.
Mr. Staton served three years in the Army and worked for 40 years at SCM Chemical Plant. He has been an on air radio personality on WEAA, Morgan State University’s radio station, for 14 years. Big Jim is a member of VFW and American Legion. Chaplin of MULBA, a Pen North Neighborhood Association Board of Trustees member, member of 100 Black Men (Baltimore Chapter), and member of the Board of Wildwood Parkway United Methodist Church. President of Big Jim Music, Inc., he is a roving D. J. who enjoys jazz and "old school" sounds.
